Refund Eligibility

- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- You purchased a course directly from Quick Skill Lab
- The course content did not match the description
- You experienced technical issues preventing access (and we couldn't resolve them)
- You're simply not satisfied for any reason
❌ You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- You purchased through a third-party platform (refund through them)
- You violate our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing course content)
- You've previously requested multiple refunds (abuse of policy)
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing Time
- Review: 1-2 business days after request
- Approval Notification: Email confirmation when approved
- Refund to Your Account: 3-5 business days (depends on your bank/card issuer)
- Payment Method: Refunded to original payment method used
Note: Stripe (our payment processor) may take additional time to return funds to your account. If you don't see the refund after 7 business days, contact your bank.
What Happens After a Refund
- Access Removed: You will lose access to the course content
- Downloads: Any PDFs or materials should be deleted
- Re-purchase: You can purchase the course again at any time
- Other Courses: Refunds are per-course; other purchases remain active
Bundle and Package Refunds
If you purchased a bundle or multiple courses:
- Full Bundle Refund: Available if requested within 7 days of purchase
- Partial Refund: Not available for individual courses within a bundle
- Exception: If one course in a bundle has technical issues, we'll work with you to resolve it
Technical Issues
Before requesting a refund for technical problems, please contact us first. We can often resolve issues quickly:
- Download problems
- Access/login issues
- File compatibility
- Broken links or missing content
If we can't resolve the issue within 48 hours, we'll process a full refund immediately.
Course Updates
We occasionally update course content to improve quality or accuracy. These updates do not affect your refund eligibility or access to purchased courses.
Fraudulent Activity
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Repeated refund requests (refund abuse)
- Evidence of content sharing or piracy
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first
If you file a chargeback with your bank without contacting us, we will dispute it and may restrict future purchases.
Exceptions and Special Cases
Free Courses
Free courses and promotional content are not eligible for refunds (as there is no charge).
Promotional Discounts
If you purchased a course at a promotional price and request a refund, you will be refunded the amount you actually paid, not the regular price.
Gifted Courses
If someone gifted you a course, the purchaser must request the refund, not the recipient.
